Calendar of Events for 2007
Sunday, March 25: 40th Annual Meeting, 1 p.m. Business Meeting and 1:30 p.m., guest speaker Robert Thayer on "The Mystery of America's First Locomotive." Free and open to the public.
Sundays May 6-October 28: D&H Canal Sunday Market, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at D&H Canal Park on Rte. 213 in High Falls (weather permitting). Free and open to the public.
Sunday, May 6: Spring Opening of the D&H Canal Museum, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Special exhibit: - 40 Years of Education and Preservation: The D&H Canal Historical Society & Museum. Admission: $4 for adults; $2 for children. Always free for members. Museum will be open Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. through October 28.
Saturday, June 2: National Trails Day. Free guided tour of Five Locks Walk at 2 p.m. Meet at the Museum.
July 21: Raise the Roof evening of theater featuring Actors & Writers. Proceeds to benefit the Chapel Roof Fund.

Admission will be $10 per person.

August 19: Bel Canto Institute members perform Italian arias in the Chapel at 3 PM (new time). Admission: $10
Saturday, September 15: Cocktails Along the Canal 40th Anniversary Gala at the Five Locks Walk Loading Slip. Hors d'oeuvres prepared by Depuy Canal House chef John Novi. $50 per person.
Saturday and Sunday, September 15 & 16, September 29 & 30 and Saturday, Sunday, September 23: Hudson River Valley Ramble. Free guided tours of the Five Locks Walk at 2 p.m. Meet at the Museum.
